The hypothesis is over, with NOVA Leisure as we speak confirming that Kate Ritchie will return to Breakfast radio, becoming a member of Nova’s fashionable Sydney breakfast workforce Fitzy & Wippa from this Monday, 13 March.
Ritchie will co-host the present, which from Monday can be referred to as Fitzy & Wippa with Kate Ritchie.
A gifted broadcaster, actor and writer, Ritchie has spent 10 years as an integral a part of the Nova Community’s on-air line-up, the final eight years as co-host of the favored Drive present alongside Nova’s Tim Blackwell and Joel Creasey. No stranger to breakfast radio, Kate co-hosted Nova 96.9’s fashionable Sydney breakfast present alongside Merrick and Rosso for a number of years.
Ritchie says “I’m so excited to be becoming a member of Fitzy and Wippa within the very aggressive breakfast slot. I’m an enormous fan of the present and I’ve been nice mates with the boys for years.
