
OLD and younger got here collectively in Nice Alne to have fun Worldwide Wildlife Day.
Nice Alne Park retirement village hosted a morning wildlife stroll and outside yoga session for residents and native college pupils on Friday March 3.
The retirement house is about inside 78 acres of parkland together with a wildflower meadow and woodland, offering the right backdrop to mark the event.
Led by the gardening workforce, 12 months 3 and 4 pupils from Nice Alne Main College had been guided on a wildlife stroll with an exercise sheet to identify bushes, birds and bugs.
Tania Skerritt, Wellness navigator at Nice Alne Park, then led an outside yoga session for the college kids and residents, showcasing how all ages can take pleasure in the advantages of yoga particularly in an outside setting.
